Ingredients One Roll (16oz) Refridgerator Sugar Cookie Dough (e.g. Pillsbury)
One Jar (16oz) good creamy peanut butter (go for the quality stuff)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In bowl, break up dough and combine with PB.
- Form 1“ balls on cookie sheet, and flatten with fork to make a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet.
Variations:
- Use honey peanut butter and form log shapes.
- Add 1 cup semi-sweet chips and roll out dough, cut into squares.
- Add 2 tbsp. pumkin pie spice. Press balls with drinking glass, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
- Add 1/2 cup dried cherries and 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Shape cookies into small mound
